1. Who Our Site is For

This Site is primarily intended for parents, caregivers, and educators. Children may enjoy our stories, but accounts and community features are designed for adults who may read our stories to their children, play our audio stories, take inspiration, or create their own stories. Only adults may create accounts and use creative tools. Children may enjoy or co-create content under adult supervision.

2. Accounts

• You may create an account using Google, or other available social login.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Children under 18 years old should not create accounts themselves. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are accessing this Site on behalf of a child, you are responsible for their use and supervision.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any use by minors.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

• All stories, text, illustrations, and features on this Site are owned by LALUMI Kids and Array AI Labs LLC., unless otherwise noted.
• You may not copy, sell, or redistribute our content without written permission.
• When you upload a story or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and share it on the Site.
• Posting copyrighted material is prohibited.

Content that you keep private on the Site will not be published or commercially featured by LALUMI without your consent to share it publicly, except as needed internally to operate and improve our services. If content has already been included in published or planned projects (including but not limited to Community Stories), we reserve the rights to continue to use and publish it. Where practical, we may credit creators when their public content is featured, but we are not obligated to do so. This license continues to apply even if you remove your content from the Site or delete, pause, or deactivate your account. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant us this license.

4. Community Contributions

• You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
• We reserve the right to reject to remove content that does not pass our content moderation and safety checks, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI‑Generated Content

• Some features use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate stories.
• AI‑generated content is for entertainment and educational purposes only and may contain errors. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

6. Purchases and Credits

• Certain features (e.g., generating custom stories) may require purchased credits and use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate stories.
• All purchases are final.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The Site and its content are provided "as is."
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, LALUMI Kids as part of Array AI Labs LLC. is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this Site.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site means you accept any changes.
